What this licence allows
- Residential building work limited to National Construction Code Class 1 & 10. Additions limited to residential National Construction Code Class 1 & 10.
- Note: Class 1 and Class 10 building types (Houses, Town Houses, Duplexes, Private Garages/Carports, Sheds, Retaining Wall, Swimming Pool, Private Bushfire Shelter, etc.).
- If you are applying for a contractor licence which DOES NOT include any of the conditions above (e.g. trade/specified or commercial building work), please refer to Specified and Other General Building Work.

Complete 6 units from the CPC40120 Certificate IV in Building and Construction (Management):
- BSBSMB402 or BSBESB403
- CPCCBC4009 or BSBESB402
- CPCCBC4007
- CPCCBC4004
- CPCCBC4003
- CPCCBC4024
Experience
No separate experience requirement.
