What this licence allows
- Protective treatment of a home to prevent water or moisture ingress, and treatment of wet areas to prevent unwanted water escape. The category covers solid membranes and membranes applied by brush, roller or other methods.
Qualifications
Complete one of the following accepted qualification pathways:
- CPC31420 Certificate III in Construction Waterproofing.
- CPC31411 / CPC31408 Certificate III in Construction Waterproofing.
- BCG31403 Certificate III in Waterproofing (General Construction).
- Qualification 90464 Certificate III in General Construction (Waterproofing), TAFE course #8126.
Experience
No separate minimum experience period is prescribed.
Individual applicants must meet the National Police Check requirement and cannot be issued the licence or certificate while still an apprentice or trainee.
