What this licence allows
- For an individual who prepares documents and makes declarations on behalf of a registered body corporate.
- Class 2, certain class 3 or 9c building work, or a building containing a relevant class 2, certain class 3 or 9c part.
Qualifications
Pathway 1: hold a qualified supervisor certificate authorising general building work under the Home Building Act 1989. Pathway 2: satisfy the qualification requirements for that qualified supervisor certificate; Pathway 2 carries the class 3/9c-only condition.
Experience
At least 5 years practical experience in the last 10 years, including at least 2 years in Australia, carrying out building work involving a class 2, 3, 9a or 9c building.
